If you are running 5 to 10 minutes late, give us a call and let us know your estimated time of arrival.
More than 15 minutes behind, call, you may need to reschedule

Please keep phone calls to a minimum. Speaker, ear buds okay with no interference with your Glam Session, physically or mentally.
Family and friends with questions? Tell them to call and leave a detailed message, and I will get back to them shortly.
• CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your allotted time.

For Lashes, CHOOSE WISELY. There are no substitutions once they are cut and/ or applied.
Your brand of lashes and makeup is always welcomed upon my approval.
• PLEASE BE ADVISED!
WE WILL BE USING PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING FOR YOUR GLAM SESSION. WE ASK COURTISFULLY IF YOU WOULD KEEP THE HEAT DOWN AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!
